PURCHASE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The application named “Rones AI” is owned by Lapis Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Sti., located at Maslak Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Uso Center No: 245 Iç Kapi No: 60 Sariyer/ Istanbul and (“our”, “App”, “Application”, “we” or “us”) offers premium features for purchase via periodical and automatically renewing subscriptions (“Subscription”). A description of included premium features for different Subscription types may be available within our Application or our website.
The subscription for sale is an In-App product. This product can only be used in the App. The product is delivered to the you electronically and instantly. It cannot be returned after delivery. Due to the features of the product explained and expressed in this Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy, the payment is made instantly at once.
The Application will be deemed to have fulfilled its performance and its responsibility will end when it is delivered electronically in terms of the product features offered. Since the subscription is made in electronic environment, there is no need for delivery and cargo process, and no cargo and delivery costs will be requested in this context.
In disputes that may arise regarding this Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy; Exclusively England Courts are authorized, and British Laws are applicable.
Purchase
How to make a purchase
You can make a subscription purchase from our website or a third‑party app store ("In-App Subscription") on which the App is made available, such as Google Play Store (an "App Store") by following the relevant instructions. All payments in relation to In-App Subscriptions are handled by the third‑party App Store from which you obtained the App. Payments made to an App Store will be subject to the App Store's own terms and conditions which you should review carefully before activating an In-App Subscription (“App Store T&Cs”). We will not process any payments from you or make any refunds to you directly if you have taken out an In‑App Subscription. Please refer to the App Store T&Cs for the relevant time period for cancellations and for more information on how to do this.
During a subscription transaction, we may offer a free or discounted trial which may not include all premium features. Please note that if a trial is offered, this shall be explicitly stated on the payment screen at the time of the transaction. You authorize us to charge you the full subscription fees at the end of the trial period.
Subscription Period
Purchases may be made on recurring subscription basis. During the transaction, you agree to be automatically charged a purchase fee for the type of purchase selected. We may offer different types of purchases for you to choose from. For subscription-based services, it will automatically renew for a new period of the same length on the day of expiration. Unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date in accordance with this Purchase, Refund and Cancellation Policy, you will be charged in advance for the next subscription period on the renewal date. We may change the types of purchases we offer from time to time, but we will not change your active purchase for the duration of your purchase.
Subscription and Purchase Price Change
We reserve the right to change our pricing terms for subscriptions and purchases at any time. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals and Purchases after the date of such change. If you do not agree to a subscription or purchase fee increase, please remember that you can always cancel your subscription before your next subscription period starts. If you do not cancel your subscription after receiving notice of a change in subscription fee, you will be obliged to pay the new subscription fee from the date on which the next subscription period commences.
Subscription in the event of Non payment
Suspension for non-payment. We and/or the relevant App Store may immediately suspend your access to the App if your subscription or purchase is not paid by you until such time as the full amount has been paid. If any amount remains unpaid following our notice to you, we may end your rights under this Purchase, Cancellation and Refunds Policy and our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
You may cancel the renewal of your subscription or purchase anytime from the destination of your transaction (e.g. App Store, Website). You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current purchase or subscription period and you will continue to receive the service features and premium features until the end of your current subscription or purchase period. Please note that deleting the application does not cancel or end your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your then‑current paid subscription period. You will continue to be able to access the services until that time.
Refunds Rules
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in this document or required by applicable law.
Money Back Guarantee. In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you purchased directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided all of the following conditions are met.
(I)You must contact us at support@rones.ai .within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.
(II)You should have adhered to the plan for at least 14 days, and your refund request should include supporting materials to demonstrate your compliance.
We will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.
Please note that only fulfilling all the above requirements will allow you to receive a full voluntary refund under the “Money-back guarantee.” For the sake of clarity, this “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases:
(I)Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
(II)Financial reasons (you did not expect that you would be charged, that the trial would be converted into a subscription, that the subscription would automatically renew, or that the services would need to be paid for, etc.).
Note for residents of US states. If you reside in California and cancel the purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.
Note for EU residents. If you are an EU user, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after you purchase the service. If you have benefited from a free trial, it expires 14 days from the beginning of your free trial.
Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this subscription by e-mail at support@rones.ai .You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from your subscription, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your subscription. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; otherwise, you will not incur any fees due to such reimbursement.
If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of the withdrawal period and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund for digital content. You will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
In-App Subscription
If you have an In-App Subscription and you would like to cancel it, you will need to do this in accordance with the relevant process required by your App Store. All refunds for In-App Subscriptions will be handled in accordance with your App Store T&Cs. Subscriptions purchased via an App Store are subject to such App Store's refund policies. This means we cannot grant refunds. You can find further information on cancelling orders and any associated refunds on the website of the App Store from whom you purchased the InApp Subscription or within the App Store itself. Please make sure you familiarise yourself with your App Store's policy on refunds before you subscribe. Further instructions on how to do this can be found at the following link Google Play Store.
Google Play: You may cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. If you have a new Android device: Open the App, go to your profile and select “Manage Subscription” box. From here, you will be directed to subscription settings and will be able to turn it off by following some simple steps.
Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only from the destination of your Transaction (Play Store, Web).

If you have made a purchase from our website, you may only be eligible for a refund from the place where your transaction was made. Refunds for purchases made from our website are carried out in accordance with our Terms of Service and this Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policyas may be published from time to time.
